Miller Roofing Solutions LLC (“we,” “us”), also doing business as Miller Roofing Solutions and Mrs Roofers, operatesmrsroofers.com. This policy describes information we collect through the website and lead forms.
What we collect
If you submit a form we receive the fields you enter (typically name, phone, ZIP, job type, optional SMS consent) plus technical metadata such as the page URL and a timestamp. If you call or email, we receive whatever you share on that call or message.
How we use it
We use contact information to return your estimate request, schedule work, and — only if you check the optional SMS box — send text messages described on the SMS consent page. We do not sell your phone number.
Form processor
Website forms post to Formspree. Their processing is governed by Formspree’s own privacy terms in addition to this policy.
Cookies and analytics
This site is built to accept a Google Tag Manager container ID through an environment variable. No GTM or GA4 identifier is hardcoded. If a container is later configured, that tool may set cookies according to Google’s documentation and any tags you load inside it.
