How fast can you get to me after a storm?
Call or text 904-749-3434. During business hours you will hear back the same business day, and emergency tarping is usually same-day. After hours, leave a message or use the chat and we call first thing in the morning.
Do you handle the insurance claim?
We handle the roof side of it: the inspection, the photo documentation, the estimate, the adjuster meeting and any supplements. The policy and the claim stay yours, and so does every decision. We never ask you to sign over your claim.
Can I get a price without someone coming out?

What warranty comes with a new roof?
Two layers. A written workmanship warranty from us, and the manufacturer’s system warranty on qualifying full-system installs, which our certifications make available. Both go in writing before work starts.
Do you only do shingle roofs?
No. Architectural shingle is the most common roof in Northeast Florida, but we also install concrete and clay tile, standing seam and 5V metal, and low-slope commercial systems like TPO and modified bitumen.
