For flat and low-slope roofs we install single-ply TPO and PVC, modified bitumen, and silicone or acrylic coating systems that can add a decade to a sound roof at a fraction of replacement cost. For steep-slope commercial and multi-family, we bring the same shingle, tile and metal systems we use on homes.
Every visit is logged with photos in CompanyCam, so your file shows exactly what was done, when, and by whom. That record is worth real money at sale, refinance and insurance renewal time.

Can you work around tenants and customers?
Yes. We plan around business hours, stage materials where they are out of the way, and keep access routes clear. Noise and odor are discussed up front.
Is a coating a real fix?
On a roof that is structurally sound and dry, a silicone or acrylic coating system can add ten years or more and typically comes with a manufacturer warranty. On a saturated or failing roof, it is money wasted, and we will tell you so.
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes. Scheduled inspections, drain and debris clearing, minor repairs and a photo report each visit. See the maintenance program.
