Pick a day. A roofer from our crew climbs up, photographs what they find and walks you through it in plain English. You keep the photos and the report, whether or not you ever hire us.
Most roof problems are invisible from the driveway. A lifted shingle, a cracked pipe boot, a nail backing out of a valley: small things that stay small if someone catches them. That is the whole point of the inspection. We get on the roof, look at every slope, every penetration and every piece of flashing, and photograph what we see.
Then we tell you the truth. If the roof has years left, you will hear that and we will show you the two or three things worth fixing now. If a storm has done real damage, you will see it in the photos and we will explain what your insurance claim should include. If it is time for a new roof, we say so and put a number on it. No pressure either way.
The inspection is free for homeowners anywhere in our five-county service area, and it comes with everything you need to make a decision: the photos, a written summary of what we found and our honest recommendation.

Is the inspection really free?
Yes. No fee, no obligation, and we do not ask for a credit card or a signature to come out. If you decide to hire us for a repair or a replacement, that is a separate written quote you approve first.
Do I need to be home?
It helps. We can inspect the roof without you, but the walk-through is where you get the most value, so we try to schedule a time you can be there.
Will you get on the roof?
Whenever it is safe to, yes. Steep or fragile roofs get inspected from a ladder at the eaves plus drone photos, and we tell you up front which approach we used.
Can you look at storm damage for an insurance claim?
Yes. We photograph the damage the way adjusters expect to see it and give you the documentation to open a claim. Here is how the claim process works and what we handle for you.
Do you offer wind mitigation or 4-point inspections?
