Most roofs in Duval and St. Johns were built to the minimum the code allowed at the time. We do not build to the minimum. Synthetic underlayment over the whole deck, self-adhered ice-and-water membrane at every valley and penetration, new drip edge, starter strip, hip-and-ridge, and balanced ventilation that keeps attic heat from cooking the shingles from underneath.
Because the manufacturers we install have certified us, qualifying full-system installs are eligible for their enhanced warranties, which cover materials and labor far longer than a standard shingle warranty does. We show you exactly which warranty your roof qualifies for before you sign anything.
You get a written scope before we start, a permit pulled in your county, a passed final inspection, and the full photo album of the job from tear-off to the last ridge cap.

Good, better and best options with the warranty each one unlocks. Prices hold for 30 days.
- 03Permit and delivery
We pull the permit, handle HOA paperwork, and stage materials the day before.
- 04Install day
Most single-family homes are torn off, dried in and shingled in one day.
- 05Inspection and album
County final inspection, magnet sweep, and your full photo record delivered.

How long does a replacement take?
Most single-family shingle roofs are done in one day. Large or steep homes take two. Tile and metal run three to seven days depending on size and detail work.
Do I need to be home?
No. We need access to the driveway and the breaker panel if we are powering tools from the house. Most customers leave for the day because of the noise.
What happens to my landscaping, pool and cars?
Plants and pool enclosures get tarped and protected, cars move to the street, and we run a magnet sweep of the yard and driveway when we finish. Anything we damage, we fix.
Do you pull the permit?
Always. Every county we serve requires one for a replacement, and the final inspection is your proof the roof was built to code.
