Insurance claims
Your policy. Your claim. Your decision. We supply the evidence.
We do not take over your claim and we do not work for your insurer. We make sure the roof is documented so well that the scope has nowhere to hide.
What we do, and what we do not
We inspect and photograph the roof, measure it, and write a damage summary with the items a carrier expects to see. If you decide to file, we give you the file. When the adjuster schedules, we meet them on the roof so the damage is seen in person, not guessed at from the ground. If the approved scope misses items, including code-required upgrades, we submit a supplement with the photos.
We do not file the claim for you, sign documents in your name, or ask you to assign your benefits to us. We do not pay, waive or rebate deductibles. Those are not policies. They are Florida law, and they protect you.
What Florida homeowners should know
Your carrier owes you a prompt, fair adjustment of covered damage, but the burden of showing the damage is largely on you. That is why documentation matters more than anything else in this process. It is also why you choose the contractor, not the carrier.
Code upgrades, such as new underlayment requirements or ventilation, are often covered under an ordinance-or-law provision if the policy includes it. We flag them in the supplement so they are not left on your tab.

Questions
Claims questions, answered straight.
Will filing a claim raise my rates?
That is between you and your carrier, and no roofer can promise either way. What we can do is give you an honest read on whether the damage justifies a claim before you file.
What if the adjuster denies it or lowballs it?
We document the roof thoroughly enough to request a re-inspection or submit a supplement with photos. If the claim still does not work out, you have repair, retail replacement and financing options, and we lay them all out.
Can you handle my deductible?
No, and neither can anyone else legally. Florida law prohibits contractors from waiving, rebating or absorbing deductibles. We can arrange financing for it.
Do you work with public adjusters or attorneys?
Yes. If you have hired one, we coordinate with them and supply the documentation they need. We do not require you to hire either.
