What we collect

When you submit a form, use the chat, request an estimate or call us, we collect the information you provide: typically your name, phone number, email address, property address and details about your roof. Our website also uses Google Analytics, which collects anonymous usage data such as pages visited, device type and approximate location, using cookies.

How we use it

To respond to your request, schedule inspections, prepare estimates, perform roofing services, send appointment reminders and job updates, and improve this website. If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number to send those messages. See our SMS consent terms.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the business, such as our estimating software (Roofr), job documentation (CompanyCam), scheduling tools, email and messaging providers, and, if you apply for financing, the lender or financing platform you choose. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.

Chat assistant

The chat on this site is an automated assistant. Messages you send are processed by an AI service provider to generate replies and are forwarded to our office so a person can follow up. Do not share payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive financial information in the chat.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information by emailing office@mrsroofers.com or calling 904-749-3434. You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP and out of email by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us.
